Windsor has seen a significant population increase since the adoption of the 2016 Comprehensive Plan – a growth rate more than triple the amount projected under the existing plan. This update will better reflect the desires of the community and coordinates future growth, while also serving as a more accurate guide to drive day-to-day decisions for the town.
Residents and business owners unable to attend the event are encouraged to sign up for project updates on Windsor’s Project Connect website at windsorprojectconnect.com/register.
