The Town of Windsor municipal election will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 for board positions representing Districts 2, 4, and 6.
To apply for Town Board candidacy, a person must be a registered voter, be a citizen of the United States, be at least 18 years of age by election day, must be a Windsor resident who has lived in Windsor and in their respective district for at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election, cannot have been convicted of a felony, and cannot be an employee of the town.
Candidate packets will be available beginning Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021 on the Town of Windsor website at www.windsorgov.com or at Windsor Town Hall, 301 Walnut Street, Windsor, CO 80550.
Nomination petitions will be available for pick up from the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall beginning Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022. Petitions can be circulated beginning Jan. 4, 2022 and must be turned in to the Clerk’s office by Monday, Jan. 24, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
