Windsor Community Volunteer Days are family- friendly events that take place outdoors. Join us at an upcoming WCVD to experience the fun of volunteering! Sign up here

WCVD Kyger Open Space - Saturday, March 11 - Build and install fish habitat in Kyger Reservoir. 

WCVD Windsor History Museum - Saturday, April 29 - Help with spring cleaning, gardening, and landscaping on the historic property. 

WCVD Eastman Park - Saturday, June 10 - Paint a mural, plant floating islands on the pond, and help with landscaping at the park.

NOW RECRUITING: 

Treasure Island Demonstration Garden

This community treasure is entirely volunteer- run! Master Gardeners and brand- new gardeners alike are welcome to lend a hand. 

Serve Senior Lunch

We seek volunteers who can come in regularly at least one day a week. Volunteers will help box meals and cart them to their destinations.  

Crew Leader

Learn how to lead small groups of volunteers on outdoor projects. Take your skills into the field by leading teams on projects such as park maintenance, trail maintenance, and ecological restoration. 

Curator's Crew

Work with historical records and artifacts in the Collections building to help preserve Windsor’s rich history.
