Arts Commission

In June 2021, Windsor’s Town Board adopted a public arts ordinance, paving the way for a community Arts Commission. The Commission is responsible for selecting all locations, artists, and public art installed in Windsor based on the Public Art Policy and is guided, in part, by the Windsor Art Master Plan. The Windsor Art Master Plan was created in 2020 using extensive community input.
