Disconnection of Service

Any customer whose utility bill remains delinquent for two consecutive billing cycles shall receive a delinquent notice and be subject to termination of utility service. Failure to make full payment will result in disconnection of the customer’s water utility service which will not be reconnected or reinstated until payment is received in full.

To expedite service reconnection, payment should be made directly to Customer Service at Town Hall, 301 Walnut Street, or by calling 970-674-2400, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, excluding holidays.

If you are having problems keeping up with payments, there may be community resources available to help. If you are having trouble paying your bill, call 970-674-2400 before the 20th of the month.

The Town of Windsor is not responsible for Homeowner Association (HOA) non-potable water systems. For that, please consult with your specific HOA.
